This is the seat that makes exacting tax work possible: files where they belong, documents in on time, nothing lost between the client and the preparer. Fully remote, anywhere in the US.
The reality
Our clients are high-income physician households with complicated situations, and every return depends on clean intake and airtight document management. When a file is organized, review is fast and the client experience is seamless. When it isn't, everything downstream slows down.
The work is structured, high-volume, and deadline-driven, and it gets heavier in season. We're saying that on purpose. If you take real satisfaction in being the most organized person on a team, this seat is a great one.
What you own
- Administrative support across tax operations for your pods
- Client files and tax documentation, organized and current
- Data entry and prep support for the tax team
- Accurate filing and document management end to end
- Client communications and scheduling as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience at a tax firm. This one is non-negotiable.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuinely organized work style
- Comfort with tax software and administrative systems
- Able to work independently and hit a consistent daily schedule
- Reliable internet and a real home office setup
- Based in the US
