Doc Wealth runs payroll for physicians, and no two payrolls look alike. Sometimes it's one doctor paying herself from her own S-corp, sometimes there's no S-corp at all and everything changes. Sometimes it's a practice with real staff. Sometimes it's kids on the payroll, a spouse, contractors, household employees, and every one of those carries its own rules. Some cross state lines, some never leave one.
